Recurring events

A series is one object, not fifty invites.

Set the pattern once. Move the Thursday session by an hour six weeks in and every invitee's calendar follows — without you resending anything or leaving orphaned entries behind.

Patterns

Four ways to repeat.

Standard patterns cover most series; custom handles the rest without a workaround.

Daily

Every day, or weekdays only

Onboarding sprints, daily standups, a week-long training block.

Weekly

One or several days a week

Office hours, weekly clinics, a recurring class.

Monthly

By date or by weekday

The 15th, or the third Tuesday — both behave correctly across month lengths.

Custom

Your own interval

Every third Friday, quarterly reviews, an irregular set of dates.

Updates and cancellation

Change it once. Everyone's calendar follows.

Series changes broadcast to every invitee as an update to the existing event, so nobody ends up holding two versions of the same slot.

  • Move a single occurrence or the whole series
  • Cancel one date without cancelling the series
  • Cancel the series and clear every future occurrence
  • Add invitees mid-series — they receive remaining occurrences only
  • Change the description without disturbing the RSVP state

Set the pattern. Stop resending.
