Event attendees

Every event has its own attendee list.

Bloomod does not create a global customer table. Attendees belong to the event where they registered or were imported, so each event starts with a clear, separate list.

One event at a time

Collect attendees where the event is promoted.

Add Bloomod’s public form to an event page, or use the event’s own Bloomod landing page. An attendee enters their name and email, submits, and is saved only to that event.

  • Name and email collected for the selected event
  • A magic link is sent to verify the attendee’s email
  • Unverified attendees stay in the event list
  • No attendee is shared with another event

Ways to add attendees

Choose the event, then choose the source.

Every input creates an attendee record for the selected event, never a reusable global contact.

Public form

Available

Place a simple name-and-email form on an event-specific public page. Bloomod sends the verification magic link after submission.

API reference

Event landing page

Available

Use a dedicated Bloomod landing page for an event when you do not have a page of your own.

CSV or XLSX import

Available

Import a list into one event and mark each attendee Verified or Unverified during the mapping step.

Direct entry

Available

Add one attendee directly to the selected event and set their verification status deliberately.

Verification and automation

Verified attendees can receive the automated calendar invite.

Verification is event-specific. A public-form attendee becomes Verified by clicking their email magic link. Imports and direct entries let the event owner set the status.

When event automation is enabled, Bloomod sends calendar invites only to attendees marked Verified. Unverified attendees remain saved, but the event owner must invite them manually outside of Bloomod.
